How Your Gift Gets There
We work with trusted delivery partners like Startrack and Australia Post to get your gift on its way - safely, swiftly, and without stress.
Delivery times typically take 2-4 days, depending on your location and demand with our courier partners.
- We deliver across Australia (all states including Tasmania and Northern Territory)
- Your gift is packed in our custom GettaGift box, then placed in a protective satchel to keep everything safe and tidy through transit. We pack snug; no rattly chaos, no sad squished vibes.
- Every GettaGift box includes FREE Standard Shipping to deliverable postcodes.
- Want it there faster on dispatch? Choose Express at checkout for a flat $10
- We don’t process or ship on Saturdays, Sundays or national public holidays.

Please note:
If your order includes a cocktail or alcoholic item, an adult signature (18+) is required on delivery. The courier may ask for ID to verify age before handing it over – we call that responsible gifting done right. All other non-alcohol gifts can be left safely without a signature.
Got the address wrong?
It happens to the best of us. If you've made an oopsie with the delivery address, email us at hello@gettagift.com.au as soon as you can. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to update it.
If it’s already on the move or has landed at a post office, we can’t redirect it. If it gets returned to us, we’ll happily resend it for a fee that we will quote on based on the location.
When ship happens…
Look, we wish we had a magic wand. But once your order leaves our hands, it’s over to our courier pals. We’ll absolutely follow up on your behalf if something goes wrong, but delays can happen and they’re (sadly) out of our control.
