We’re an online-only hamper and gift box company based in Melbourne, Australia. All of our orders are processed and shipped from here, and we don’t have a physical storefront for pick-ups. Sometimes we may pop up at local markets, so keep a look out on our socials for updates. But don't worry, we're always available online to help with any questions.
Not yet. If you do need to delay your delivery date, please contact us within 2 hours of submitting your order so we can adjust where possible.
No signature required! We provide an authority to leave on all our deliveries. If you’re not home, our drivers will leave your GettaGift box in a safe spot, that’s out of sight. If no safe spot is found, they’ll take the gift back to our HQ or the local post office, and you'll receive a card with further instructions.
Yes! We specialise in corporate gifting and bespoke gifts for weddings, events and special occasions. If incorrect delivery details are provided, we can arrange for a re-delivery, but please note that a re-delivery fee may apply. Always double-check your address and details to ensure smooth delivery. Please get in touch with us if this has happened to your order.
Yes, we do! Our drivers will deliver to the ward or the closest receptionist, depending on the hospital’s rules and protocols. Make sure to include the ward and bed number for the best chance of a successful delivery.
Yes! Each GettaGift box includes a gold foil card that you select from the range and can personalise with a short message. Please note the character limit for the card at the checkout.
Sometimes our confirmation emails land in your junk or spam folder, or there may be a slight delay. If you saw the “Thanks for your order” screen with an order number, we’ve definitely received your order. If you’re still concerned, get in touch with us and we’ll check on your order.
If your GettaGift hasn’t arrived as expected, we suggest checking with your neighbour, reception desk or concierge (if applicable) as sometimes gifts are left there. Double-check your delivery details too. If you still can’t find it, contact us and we’ll get on it straight away!
If you’ve got a digital gift card or discount code, simply enter it at checkout. Please note, only one code can be used per order, and we can’t apply a discount retrospectively if you forget to use it.
