Refund policy
Our Returns Policy (aka the "This Didn’t Hit Quite Right" Policy)
We get it, sometimes things don’t go to plan. If something’s not quite right with your order, we’ve got a 30-day return window from the day your gift lands in your hot little hands. But just a heads-up: we only offer refunds for items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We don’t accept returns for change of mind, and we don’t offer exchanges.
Here’s what we need:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and still in their original packaging (aka no unwrapping sprees).
- Keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy; we’re not psychic (yet).
To kick off a return, email us at hello@gettagift.com.au. If your return is approved, we’ll send through a return shipping label and instructions. Please don’t send anything back without chatting to us first we won’t be able to accept surprise parcels.

Damaged, faulty or just plain wrong?
Yikes. That’s not how this was supposed to go. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or looking like someone else’s, email us straight away. We’ll make it right, promise.
