Do you deliver nationwide?
Absolutely! We deliver five days a week (Monday to Friday) across Melbourne, Geelong, Mornington Peninsula, Sydney, Central Coast, Wollongong, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Perth, Fremantle, Adelaide, Hobart Launceston, Cairns, Darwin and all regional areas. Delivery times typically take 2-4 days, depending on your location and demand with our courier partners.

Absolutely! Each box includes a free card you can personalise with your message - we’ll handwrite it for that extra-special touch. Keep it short and sweet though; there’s a character limit at checkout.

Yes. Our ready-made letterbox gifts are a great place to start, but you’re not locked in.
We can swap selected products, tailor the contents to suit your audience or brief us on a completely new concept. Whether it’s a small tweak or a fully custom box, we’ll make sure it feels considered, on-brand and right for the occasion.
Do you deliver to hospitals?
Yes, we do! Our drivers will deliver to the ward or the closest receptionist, depending on the hospital’s rules and protocols. Make sure to include the ward and bed number for the best chance of a successful delivery.
Do I need to be over 18 to order or receive a cocktail gift box?
Yes! If your gift box includes any alcohol, the recipient needs to be 18+ at the time of delivery. Our courier may ask for an adult signature or ID check just to keep things above board.
If there’s no adult available to sign (or show ID), the parcel may be held at the local post office or returned to us - we’ll get in touch to sort it out.
