Do you deliver nationwide?
Absolutely! We deliver five days a week (Monday to Friday) across Melbourne, Geelong, Mornington Peninsula, Sydney, Central Coast, Wollongong, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Perth, Fremantle, Adelaide, Hobart Launceston, Cairns, Darwin and all regional areas. Delivery times typically take 2-4 days, depending on your location and
demand with our courier partners.
Do you offer same-day dispatch?
Yes! Order by 11am on a weekday and your order will be dispatched the same day. If you order on a weekend, your box will be dispatched on the very next business day. Delivery times typically take 2-4 days, depending on your location and demand with our courier partners.
Can I send a bulk order for corporate gifting or events?
We specialise in corporate gifting and bespoke gifts for workplaces, weddings, events and special occasions. If you’d like to arrange a bulk delivery ofo boxes or digital gift cards, simply get in touch with our team through the Contact Us form, and we’ll work with you to create the perfect gifts for your needs.
Can I include a message with my gift?
Yes! Each gift box includes a card that you can personalise with a short message. Please note the character limit for the card at the checkout.
Do you deliver to hospitals?
Yes, we do! Our drivers will deliver to the ward or the closest receptionist, depending on the hospital’s rules and protocols. Make sure to include the ward and bed number for the best chance of a successful delivery.
